This class is for women only.


It is a weight lifting class where you will be given a program to follow, and shown correct technique. This class is for women who are serious about their training and want to take it to the next level. All levels are catered for from beginner to intermediate. Weight lifting has many benefits for women, including bone density, reducing stress, fat loss, injury prevention, posture improvement, toning without bulking and burning more calories.
